Interlaken

Today was a glorious free day in Interlaken. Some went to visit the quiet town of Brienz strolling the streets, window shopping and taking pictures of the cute chalets blanketed with beautiful flowers; some rode the train up the mountain to witness breathtaking views of the majestic snow-capped mountains; some took off on an adventure hiking around and down the mountainside, while others elected to stay in Interlaken leisurely soaking up the warm sunshine.

We were challenged to REST this day - not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. God has blessed us with time to sit back and evaluate all we have learned and how important that rest can be to our well-being...mind, body and soul.
