The gates of hell will not overcome

This day Friday, we made several stops. Katzrin, a village which is being restored. I would compare it to Williamsburg VA, a living museum. We saw a tributary yo the Jordan River and Mt Harmon with snow in it.

Yet even more impressive were the last three stops at the city of Dan, formerly Laish, Caesarea Phillipi, where the gates of hell are to be found and Mt Bengal, an outpost during the six day war of 1967. Great wring was done at or before each place and event. So much so that one asks if wrong will ever stop, national or individually.

Fortunately our Lord answers that question when he throws down the challenge to Satan and his demons when he says with great power ‘and I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell will not overcome it. Matt. 16:18 This gives an enormous amount of Hope and joy for I made the right decision. I chose Christ.
