Just because you're creating a Study Tour doesn't mean you have to handle registration and payments. Our staff and the secure registration site handles all document and payment collections.
We have a detailed packing list, travel guide, and frequently asked questions section of the site that keeps your participants informed, prepared, and excited for your Study Tour.
We take care of everything so your participants can stay focused during your Study Tour, including providing them with a hydration backpack, study guide, flashlight, and plug adapter.
We facilitate a near real-time audio/video/photo blog for your participants so friends and family can follow along and so you can promote your upcoming study tours to a broader audience.

Our partners include a variety of nonprofit, educational, and ministry organizations who have a heart to share the Land of the Bible with others but need GTI’s infrastructure and expertise in order to provide participants with a full-service, all-inclusive study tour package.
Each study tour we facilitate is unique because of the time of year, the local guide, the leader, and ultimately because of each participant in the group.
As a participant on a GTI Study Tour we endeavour to cover all base expenses in the cost of the tour. All your meals, tips, transportation, lodging, and entrance fees are covered. The only exceptions may be optional excursions such as souvenir shopping, hot-air balloon rides, cruise ship extensions, and visas that can’t be prepaid. If your study tour has such an exception that requires additional funds, you’ll be given noticed well in advance of your departure date.
Other tours attempt to lower the sticker cost by making everything optional, but here at GTI Tours we know what makes for an exceptional tour and can’t wait for you to join us without worrying about hidden fees and options.
GTI Tours partners with a wide variety of nonprofit, ministry, and educational organizations. Many of these partners are leading sold-out tours for their own constituency and their friends and families. Other organizations lead multiple study tours a year and tend to have space available for members of the public to inquire and join their group. Ultimately, our ministry partners decide who will join their group. GTI works closely with both our Ministry Partners and Participants to connect them with the right fit.
