Day 00 - Travel

We made it! After what seems like years (literally after a year postponement) we are in the Holy Land. We left LAX at nightfall and arrived at Ben Gurion just before midnight, so it really hasn't sunk in that we are actually here. We haven't seen anything but darkness since we left. Thank the Lord our plane travels were smooth and we were able to stick together as one giant group. We all received PCR testing and then had to get a fingerprick serology test. We made it to our hotel in Neve Ilan, and have a quick turnaround to get on the bus and off to our first stop in the morning. We can't wait for the sun to rise over Israel and so we can see it for the very first time!
