And We're Off!

Shalom from Israel!

Our group has been off to a great start during our first three days here.
We started off the trip playing a few competitive rounds of Spicy Uno in the airport. If you don’t know what Spicy Uno is, just ask Pastor Josh! I mean what else do you do when your flight is delayed!?
After finally arriving in the Holy Land, we made the best use of our time and watched the sun set outside of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Watching the sunset in God’s Promised Land was the perfect way to start our trip.
When we finally got to our hotel, some of our group members had the privilege of meeting some men and women who were Holocaust survivors. It was very moving to be able to hear about their experience and what they had each overcome.
