Day 06 - Lake Constance, Meersburg, Zurich

Today was a different day than expected, but a much needed one. We've been going pretty hard the last several days, so we decided to have a respite from our usual teachings, and take in the sights. We began the morning by heading to Lindau, and taking a boat across Lake Constance to Meersberg (still in Germany). It was a nice two and a half our cruise of just taking in the banks of southern Bavaria. Once the boat docked in Meersburg, we took some time to have a slow lunch and walk the old city. It was absolutely beautiful!

From there we crossed over into Zurich, Switzerland. We arrived at the hotel early, and gave the team some time to either rest at the hotel, or go check out the city. A few of us even made our way to the Lindt Chocolate Factory. We finished up the day by having our team dinner at the hotel together. It was a day of downtime that was much needed, and much appreciated. 

Tomorrow, we'll set out to explore the Swiss Reformation in Zurich, as we look into the life and ministry of Ulrich Zwingli, as well as the Anabaptist movement that was also prevalent here.
