Help support our friends in Israel in their time of need.
Hello everyone, it is so difficult to put into words what this tour group is experiencing. Everyday there are multiple "wow" moments! We are also awed by all that we are seeing and learning here. We were most impacted a few days ago by Mt. Arbel and Doug was able to bless us with the shofar.
The terrain has been such that we can hike to the top of mountains and tels, get a 360* viewpoint and feel as though we are getting a helicopter ride view!
And one last thing is that we never pictured Israel as romantic, but it most definitely is!

Located 17 miles (27 km) south of the Sea of Galilee, Beth Shean is situated at the strategic junction of the Harod and Jordan Valleys. The fertility of the land and the abundance of water led the Jewish sages to say, “If the Garden of Eden is in the land of Israel, then its gate is Beth Shean.” It is no surprise then that the site has been almost continuously settled from the Chalcolithic period to the present.
