Day 00 - Travel

It was a great day for us traveling to Chicago together as a group. We then flew out of O’Hare airport making our 10 1/2 our flight to Istanbul‘s newer airport. This airport is massive and is very well organized but wow, it is huge. After a short layover, we then boarded the our flight, which was only two hours from Istanbul to Tel Aviv.

On this 2022 trip, we have the wonderful Huiner Family and their children’s children with them.

It was also a pretty special moment seeing our friend Ronen again after two years. It was a pretty emotional moment to say the least. Once we got on the bus, we headed off to our hotel for much-needed rest.

Please pray for the first timers who are on this trip and may be a bit younger than the rest of us. it is our prayer that they experience the Bible and the land and a way they never have done before.

It’s time for bed now since it’s midnight here and we will be up for our 6:30 AM breakfast and 7:30 AM departing time for our awesome first day. Please check back tomorrow for our first day of insights from the Lord.
