Day 07 - Travel to Greece: Stadium

Today was a travel day—but not without its own moments of wonder and reflection. We said goodbye to Turkey, grateful for the deep wells of history and faith we explored in cities like Ephesus, Sardis, and Pergamum. Boarding our flight, we crossed the Aegean and landed in the historic heart of Greece: Athens.

After settling in, we hopped on a city bus tour to get our bearings. From the comfort of our seats, we caught glimpses of ancient and modern Athens side by side—the Parthenon towering in the distance, busy streets pulsing with life, ruins scattered among coffee shops and apartments. It was a preview of what’s to come.

We made it to our hotel and are now preparing our hearts and minds for tomorrow’s journey to the Acropolis and Mars Hill, and then onward to Corinth. From Paul’s sermons to ancient temples, tomorrow promises to connect the biblical story to the soil beneath our feet. Pray for rest tonight and open eyes tomorrow.
