Day 00 - ARRIVAL

Hello Family & Friends,

We have officially arrived in Israel!

For quite possibly the first time in Crossings Israel Trip history, all of our luggage made it with us! This made for lots of smiling faces in the Tel Aviv airport. 

Travel was long, but fairly smooth. The most excitement we had was an incredibly hard landing touching down at JFK (my knees might still hurt) and about an hour and a half of rough turbulence as our plane departed for Tel Aviv. No one was allowed to leave their seats, and overhead bins were popping open and threatening to toss out luggage! 

All in all, it was a great trip over. We had a wonderful dinner and fellowship in our hotel, and are now all settled in our rooms in preparation for tomorrow. Pray for rest. That first day of jet-lag is the hardest.
