Travel...and lots of it

We all made it to Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport. We have been planning and preparing and praying for this opportunity for many months, so it’s a little surreal to finally be awaiting take-off. Everyone made it through security and check-in, and even got a little dinner before we board Turkish Airlines Flight #34 (click the link to follow along). It’s a 13-hour flight (and it will be full!) direct to Istanbul, so by the time that door opens in Istanbul, we will be ready to put our feet on solid ground. The flight is delayed one hour, but that shouldn’t affect us too much at all.

We all appreciate prayer for safety and fellowship, and that we would all grow in affection and appreciation for the Living and written Word as a result of this adventure.
