Day 02 - WE HAVE ARRIVED IN ISRAEL!

We have landed! Our crew of forty some adventurers have made our way to the Promised Land. A ten-hour flight from Chicago to Istanbul, followed by a two-hour flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv, then a short bus ride into Jerusalem for the first evening. The adventures really begin tomorrow, but we did enjoy the smooth, easy travel to Israel. 

Additionally, we met our Israeli tour guide and bus driver, which only peaked everyone’s excitement for the days ahead. We wanted to thank all of you who have been praying for safe travels for this group, and let you know that there will be more updates to come once we start to see and experience this storied place. Pray that eyes would be opened, and that the words of Scripture would come alive during our travels these next several days.
