We Made It!

Hey everyone! We’re here…finally! After 20+ hours of travel, including two planes rides (one I thought was never going to end) and a short trip on a bus, we made it to Israel! As I’m writing this entry, we are all getting settled in to our cozy beds (that we have been waiting so long for) at a beautiful Kibbutz in Ma’ale HaHamisha – try saying that five times fast.

I’ll keep this short because we need to get some rest for our busy day tomorrow where we will be traveling to five different sites. I’m most excited to see the Caves of Adulum where David spent some time while he was hiding from Saul. Be sure to check back tomorrow to continue reading and watching our journey.
