Marshall Holtvluwer

Director, MTH Ministries

Marshall Holtvluwer has served in ministry for over 25 years and currently serves as a pastor in the West Michigan area. He received his bachelor’s degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI, and his Master of Divinity from Calvin Seminary, also in Grand Rapids, MI. Marshall has been blessed to travel to the Holy Land and to Turkey with the Rev. Ray Vander Laan. He has also been privileged to study at the Jerusalem University College, where he deepened his understanding of the geography of the land where Jesus walked. Marshall is passionate about helping God’s people see how the land plays a role in understanding the biblical message. Marshall and his wife are blessed to have three children and one grandchild.

Matt Olson

First Baptist Church Sharon

Matt Olson has been in ministry for over 20 years and currently serves as both a pastor and professor in Laurel, MS. He has Master’s degrees in Apologetics, a D. Min. in Preaching, and is currently earning his Ph.D. in Biblical Exposition. Matt has been blessed to travel to the Holy Land, where his spiritual life was greatly impacted by the opportunity to walk where Jesus walked. Now, he gets the amazing opportunity to serve others by leading study trips to Israel, allowing them to experience the land and its role in understanding the biblical message. Matt and his wife have four children - Alyson, McKenzie, Atticus, and Madelynn. With a passion for studying and teaching the Word of God, Matt is dedicated to equipping believers to follow Jesus more closely.
