We Made It!

We made it to Israel!! It was a very long and intense day and a half of traveling but we have arrived tired yet very excited. The theme of our travels has to be the layovers with a seven hour layover in New York followed by a five hour layover in Istanbul. These were a blessing in disguise because they gave us an opportunity to get to know our group better and even catch up on some sleep. Despite the layovers, the trip has left most of us exhausted and ready for sleep. We have left the airport and are settling down for the night in our hotel. A shower and a good nights sleep is just what we need as we have a full day tomorrow with a 6 am wake up call. We will do a full blog post tomorrow so keep following our adventure.
